Kitchen
Whether used simply for breakfast or for cooking a Sunday roast or even Christmas dinner, the kitchen is very well equipped and has ample storage and fridge/freezer space.
This room with its exposed stonework and polished wooden floor provides a light and spacious area to cook and eat. There is a dining table and a high chair can be provided. From the kitchen, a half-glazed stable door leads to the upper patio.
Broadband internet access is available free of charge and is cabled into the kitchen, ideal for use at the kitchen table – just plug in and go.

Sitting Room
This comfortable room has an exposed old brick wall and pillars, a restored oak mantel over a living flame electric fire and a large dining table. French doors give level access to the upper patio.

Double Bedroom
The carpeted double bedroom enjoys views over the sheep meadow and has a full-size double bed, large wardrobe and vanity unit with basin.
A cot is provided (with mattress, excluding cot linen) if required and waterproof mattress covers are available – please just ask.

Twin Bedroom
The carpeted twin bedroom with views over the front lawn of the Coach House and good natural light, has two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and vanity unit with basin.

Patios & Garden
The upper and lower patios catch the morning sun and are a popular spot to enjoy breakfast –here you’ll find a table, chairs and a parasol.
A private garden extends from the lower patio along an original Victorian kitchen garden wall. Grape vines, gages, plum and cherries grow alongside a row of apple trees. A garden gate leads to the orchard and parking area.

Orchard & Parking
The orchard of apple and pear trees and raspberry bushes sits next to the sheep meadow and is ideal for sitting out or kicking a football. Children can enjoy playing in the sand pit and Wendy house.
